Instructions:

Place all of the ingredients, except the vinegar and spinach, in your slow cooker.

Cover the slow cooker and cook for about 8 hours on low.

Discard the bay leaf.

Add the spinach and vinegar, cover and let sit for about 15 minutes, just enough for the spinach to wilt.

Serve while still warm and enjoy.
